Job Summary
Leading the design and development of AI-native agentic workflows, the full-time Principal Engineer, AI Systems will enhance engineering productivity and operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build AI agents for observability, automated root cause analysis, and anomaly detection
- Develop AI-driven tooling to optimize engineering productivity and reduce operational toil
- Drive AI-native development practices across applications, tooling, and platform engineering
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems in production
- Proven experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows
- Strong programming expertise in Python and familiarity with Java or Go
- Experience with distributed systems and observability architectures
- Foundational AI skills, including prompt engineering and model evaluation
