Principal Engineer, Analog Design

Job Summary

Leading circuit design and chip development projects, the full-time Principal Engineer, Analog Mixed-Signal Design will define device architectures, design innovative circuits, and ensure high-quality designs while working remotely from Germany.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop precision timing circuit architectures and perform transistor-level design and simulations
• Plan and execute circuit designs addressing frequency stability, phase noise, and power consumption specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful chip design and rapid production release

Required qualifications:

• MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, PhD preferred
• Minimum 10 years of high-performance analog circuit design experience
• Expert-level knowledge of ultra low-jitter, power-efficient Frac-N PLLs
• Experience in supervising Junior and Senior Analog Design Engineers
• Proven track record in circuit architecture development and chip-level design verification
