Principal Engineer - CI/CD Infrastructure

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Principal Engineer - CI/CD Infrastructure will design, scale, and harden CI/CD infrastructure and verification systems for Qualcomm's AI Software stack, focusing on building automated pipelines and integrating embedded hardware for efficient validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and scale large distributed CI/CD systems with high throughput and low flakiness
• Develop embedded target test frameworks and automate hardware validation processes
• Own coverage strategy and develop automated triage signals for test environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in CI/CD engineering, verification, or embedded systems development
• Expertise in designing and scaling CI/CD systems (e.g., Buildkite, Jenkins)
• Experience integrating embedded hardware into automated pipelines
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, C/C++
• Ability to influence cross-functional engineering teams using data-driven insights
