Key Responsibilities

• Own the long-term technical strategy for core collaboration platforms, including real-time editing and media streaming
• Solve complex architectural challenges across the full tech stack
• Implement architectural patterns to improve system reliability and mentor engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in real-time collaboration, media pipelines, or distributed systems
• Deep expertise in at least one complex technical domain
• Proven ability to modernize and transform legacy systems into scalable platforms
• Experience with collaborative technologies is a significant plus
• Ability to guide through influence and align stakeholders around a shared vision
