Job Summary
Principal Engineer (CRM), an experienced professional is sought for a full-time role to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade CRM solutions, collaborating with business and technology leaders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-scale CRM architectures and enforce architecture standards
- Establish Application Lifecycle Management practices and define governance models
- Architect integrations with various systems and oversee AI-enabled CRM capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM Solution Architect or Senior Principal Engineer
- Deep understanding of core CRM concepts and experience with leading CRM platforms
- Strong experience with system integrations and event-driven architectures
- 5-8+ years of experience in solution or application architecture
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
