Job Summary

Principal Engineer (CRM), an experienced professional is sought for a full-time role to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade CRM solutions, collaborating with business and technology leaders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead enterprise-scale CRM architectures and enforce architecture standards
  • Establish Application Lifecycle Management practices and define governance models
  • Architect integrations with various systems and oversee AI-enabled CRM capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CRM Solution Architect or Senior Principal Engineer
  • Deep understanding of core CRM concepts and experience with leading CRM platforms
  • Strong experience with system integrations and event-driven architectures
  • 5-8+ years of experience in solution or application architecture
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
