Job Summary
Driving the transformation of database operations, the full-time remote Principal Engineer - Database SRE will lead initiatives focused on automation, operational excellence, and platform standardization to enhance service reliability and engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of DBA teams toward Platform Engineering and SRE practices
- Identify and eliminate repetitive manual activities across database operations to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in database engineering, platform engineering, or related technical disciplines
