Principal Engineer, Digital Workplace

Job Summary

Leading the development of next-generation digital workplace platforms, the full-time Principal Engineer, Digital Workplace will define technology strategy, oversee enterprise collaboration and AI solutions, and ensure high-performance engineering in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical vision and architecture for digital workplace platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Architect and engineer enterprise AI capabilities, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform, to enhance employee productivity
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve reliability, resilience, and operational excellence across workplace technologies

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise engineering or workplace technology
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint engineering platforms
• Strong experience in AI/ML or enterprise AI engineering, including Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise platform transformations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
