Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer in Electrical Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing controls solutions across the distribution network
• Provide leadership and accountability for the establishment of controls solutions standards and best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to assess opportunities for innovative designs and performance improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Automation Technology
• 7-10 years of experience managing manufacturing automation and controls solutions
• Demonstrated experience in controls delivery leadership roles
• Experience in leading multiple projects and factory automation technology
• Familiarity with controls technology, PLCs, SCADA, and integration with factory IT & OT systems
