Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in architecting and deploying ML/AI systems
• Experience setting AI technical strategy in product-driven organizations, especially with generative AI
• Deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle and practical experience with LLM deployment
• Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies and make architectural decisions
• Expertise in multiple AI domains, including NLP and computer vision, with hands-on experience in production LLM deployments
