Principal Engineer - Integrations

Job Summary

Seeking a Principal Engineer - Integrations, the full-time remote position will manage the technical vision for the Integration team, focusing on building scalable backend systems, contributing production code, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product goals into technical strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical vision for the Integration team and its supporting services
• Lead architectural decisions and contribute production code while setting standards for design and operational rigor
• Mentor engineers and support hiring efforts to build a strong engineering team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building backend services using modern languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners including Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Strong technical leadership experience with a track record of influencing decisions across multiple projects
