Principal Engineer - Microsegmentation

Job Summary

Principal Engineer - Microsegmentation, oversees the design, implementation, and support of enterprise segmentation technologies in a full-time, salaried remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical resource and subject matter expert for Microsegmentation and the Guardicore platform
• Provide technical ownership and architectural guidance for Microsegmentation strategy, standards, and best practices
• Assist the global team in implementing and supporting firewall and segmentation technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a complex, global engineering and manufacturing organization
• High level of understanding in the network, Microsegmentation, and firewall fields
• 5+ years' experience in hands-on support and troubleshooting of firewalls or networks
• Proficient in Guardicore, Palo Alto, Panorama, Python, SolarWinds NCM, and Azure
