Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML infrastructure and tools for delivering AI-driven experiences
• Consult with product and development teams on data lifecycle and ML patterns
• Shape company-wide standards for engineering excellence and reliability in distributed systems

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with leadership scope
• Experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B applications at scale
• Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, focusing on natural language
• Operational experience with cloud-native infrastructure on GCP or AWS
