• 10+ years of professional experience in web applications with a focus on backend development
• 5+ years of experience in the fintech industry, building and scaling high-volume payment products
• Deep expertise in building complex software systems, particularly in Python and Django
• Strong understanding of payment technology, compliance regulations, and security best practices
• Experience in developing and scaling B2B SaaS solutions, ideally in the fintech sector
