Principal Engineer, Supply Chain

Job Summary

Building a proprietary supply chain planning platform from the ground up, the full-time remote Principal Engineer, Supply Chain will architect and develop AI-native systems that integrate forecasting models and optimization algorithms to enhance operational efficiency across multiple vendors and markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and build the supply chain planning platform, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems
• Design and manage the full model pipeline lifecycle, including feature engineering, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into precise engineering specifications and solutions

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data-intensive and ML-adjacent systems
• Proven experience in 0-to-1 platform ownership, from architecture to production
• Strong expertise in production ML and AI platform engineering, including feature pipelines and monitoring systems
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and understand forecasting and optimization models
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business and product stakeholders
