Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience with hands-on depth in embedded/IoT, backend services, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven architectural impact through building systems and establishing technical direction
• Experience using AI coding tools and understanding their impact on engineering efficiency
• Product-engineering instincts with a history of launching products or features
• Ability to influence engineers without positional authority through effective collaboration
