Principal Engineer, UiPath

Job Summary

Leading automation initiatives, the full-time Principal Engineer, UiPath will design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks while working remotely, focusing on integrating RPA, AI/ML, and cloud-native services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and conducting capacity planning for automation infrastructure
• Optimize bot utilization and manage complex integrations across various applications using APIs and middleware

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with the UiPath platform and RPA orchestration
• Proficiency in AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native automation
• Advanced SQL and data analytics skills for performance monitoring
