Principal Engineer, US

Job Summary

To support a growing Client Integrations capability, the full-time remote Principal Engineer, US will provide technical consultancy, lead solution design for major client projects, and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team on product and integration strategy
• Lead solution design for major US client projects, ensuring sustainability and alignment with customer needs
• Deliver high-quality integration builds and support successful project outcomes through effective stakeholder guidance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise integration projects
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using ADF, Databricks, or comparable data management tools
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages, with the ability to understand existing codebases
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to provide clarity in complex situations and work collaboratively in a team environment
