Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the design and architecture of voice ordering systems
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement business-critical voice application strategies
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade Python systems integrating LLM and Generative AI frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields
• At least 10 years of hands-on Python experience and 8 years in scalable API service development
• 5 years of experience with LLM or GenAI technologies
• 4 years of experience in agentic process development and iteration life-cycle
• At least 6 years of experience with cloud services and MLOps practices
