Principal Engineer - Workforce Technology

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide engineering strategy and cloud architecture, the full-time Principal Engineer - Workforce Technology will lead technical initiatives, design scalable solutions, and mentor engineering teams in a fully remote capacity while adhering to U.S. Central Time core business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for enterprise workforce technology platforms
• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based solutions across frontend and backend systems
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical decisions across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 11+ years of software and infrastructure engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership
• Proven experience designing distributed systems and enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Experience leading engineering strategy and architectural decisions in large enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong background in Microsoft Identity & Security Technologies
