Principal Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Principal Engineering Program Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity, overseeing the design and implementation of contact center solutions and services while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design solutions and services for caregivers in collaboration with engineering teams
• Manage the release and establish the identity of solutions/services within the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related contact center experience
