Principal Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Principal Engineering Program Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions for contact center services, managing the release, and supporting the caregiver community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design enterprise-wide IS services
• Manage the release process and establish the solution/service's identity within the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Expertise in Cisco/Webex preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
