Principal Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Principal Engineering Program Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to design and manage enterprise-wide IS services, particularly in contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions
• Manage the release and establish the identity of solutions/services within the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Familiarity with Cisco/Webex technologies preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
