Principal Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Principal Engineering Program Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity, overseeing the design and implementation of solutions for caregivers while managing contact center projects and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design solutions and services in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders
• Manage the release and establish the solution/service's identity within the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Expertise in Cisco/Webex preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
