Principal Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Principal Engineering Program Manager is a full-time remote position that involves collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement contact center solutions, manage releases, and support caregiver communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services
• Manage the release process and establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Familiarity with Cisco/Webex technologies preferred
