Principal Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

Leading architectural discovery and design workshops, the full-time remote Principal Enterprise Architect will engage with prospect CTOs and engineering teams to create reference architectures for implementing AI-driven customer experience solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage mid-cycle on mature opportunities to lead architectural discovery and design
• Facilitate multi-day technical design workshops covering various architectural aspects
• Produce target-state reference architectures and integration patterns based on client needs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture, particularly in contact centers or telephony
• Expertise in telephony/CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or Avaya
• Hands-on experience with digital engagement platforms and designing cross-channel flows
• Fluency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration technologies
• Ability to develop working prototypes or integrations using Python or JavaScript
