Principal Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

Leading the development and application of enterprise architecture strategies, the full-time Principal Enterprise Architect will manage architecture practices and provide guidance across multiple business areas in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise and domain-specific IT strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead the enhancement of enterprise architecture frameworks, methods, and tools while ensuring integration with other disciplines
• Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture blueprints and roadmaps, ensuring quality and alignment with business strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 14 years of progressive engineering experience in enterprise-level architecture initiatives, or equivalent experience in domain architecture
• Architecture certifications in Salesforce are a plus
• Experience with healthcare product management technologies and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR)
