Job Summary
Owning CHG's business architecture domain, the full-time Principal Enterprise Architect will translate strategic intent into capability models and value stream maps while working remotely to enhance alignment and efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update business architecture artifacts, ensuring they reflect current and target operating states
- Identify AI and machine learning opportunities across business domains and define enabling architectural patterns
- Lead architecture reviews and drive capability gap analysis to support investment prioritization and platform consolidation
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture
- Deep expertise in capability modeling, value stream mapping, and domain decomposition
- Competency in Information Security, Cloud, Data, and Integration Architecture disciplines
- Practical understanding of AI and machine learning concepts related to business capability design
- Proficiency in architecture modeling tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EA
