Principal ERP Architect

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall integrity and governance of enterprise financial architecture across S/4HANA, the full-time remote Principal ERP Architect will manage financial processes and integrations, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards and maintaining a single source of truth for financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial architecture across major financial domains, ensuring consistency between operational processes and financial outcomes
• Establish and govern integration patterns between SAP and connected enterprise applications, defining data governance standards
• Ensure system designs comply with SOX, audit, and financial control requirements while partnering with relevant teams for oversight

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience, including 10+ years in SAP architecture, ERP, or enterprise systems
• Deep understanding of SAP financial processes and integration patterns across multiple domains
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs
• Experience designing and governing complex integrations across various platforms
• Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and reconciliation processes
