Principal Evaluation Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Evaluation Scientist to lead evaluation and quality assessment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rigorous mixed-methods evaluations from design through analysis and dissemination
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights and partner with various teams for program improvement
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and produce materials for funding proposals and grant reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in evaluation, applied research, measurement, or social impact assessment
• Deep expertise in mixed-methods evaluation, including quantitative and qualitative approaches
• Experience with various evaluation approaches such as impact evaluation and participatory evaluation
• Strong methodological judgment and experience with AI/ML-enabled evaluation approaches
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and produce evaluation outputs for diverse audiences
