Principal, Evidence and Strategy

Job Summary

Seeking a Principal in Evidence and Strategy, this full-time remote position will manage client engagements, lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, and drive business development efforts in the life sciences sector.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior consulting acumen to deepen client relationships and anticipate healthcare landscape changes
• Lead and execute quantitative research and claims analysis initiatives, including protocol creation and strategic project execution
• Manage multiple client deliverables and develop integrated real-world evidence generation and communication plans

Required qualifications

• A graduate degree in a health-related discipline or a combination of a bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare consultancy or related fields
• Proven experience generating real-world evidence to support value assessments and clinical guidelines
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with claims and multi-source datasets
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
