Principal, Evidence & Strategy

Job Summary

To support life sciences initiatives, the full-time remote Principal, Evidence & Strategy will manage client relationships, lead HEOR and RWE studies, and drive business development while leveraging extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute quantitative and mixed-methods real-world evidence and HEOR studies, including protocol creation and results presentation
• Generate new business and grow existing client relationships by conveying Avalere Health's capabilities and developing project proposals
• Manage multiple client deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex healthcare questions

Required qualifications

• Graduate level degree in public health, public policy, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacology, medicine, or a related quantitative health field
• Experience generating real-world evidence to support value demonstration and inform clinical treatment guidelines
• Proven track record of conducting and leading healthcare research studies
• Ability to translate complex research into accessible insights for diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated situational leadership skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
