Principal Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end executive search process, the full-time remote Principal Executive Recruiter will lead searches for VP and SVP roles, serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, and build a robust pipeline of executive talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches globally, managing intake through offer close and onboarding
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to understand organizational needs and present candidate slates
• Maintain a living talent map of executive-level candidates and partner on succession planning frameworks

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years placing VP+ level leaders in high-growth technology companies
• Expert-level command of executive sourcing strategies and experience advising C-suite stakeholders
• Deep fluency in executive compensation structures and experience with long-term incentive design
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential searches with senior-level discretion
• Strong command of executive search metrics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
