Job Summary

Define, build, and own the AI SDLC system for Experience Engineering
Stay ahead of industry best practices and continuously evolve the system
Mentor engineers and guide implementation while reinforcing quality ownership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted
8+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, experience design, and quality
Demonstrated ability to build production-ready interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
Strong experience with automated testing and maintaining quality within CI/CD pipelines
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and guiding others in their use
