Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Experience Measurement & Validation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve a staged validation system to reduce launch risk
Build and own a multi-dimensional experience measurement framework
Partner with cross-functional teams to establish shared measurement baselines and provide decision guidance

Required Qualifications

8+ years in quantitative UX research, mixed-methods research, or product insights
Experience connecting customer feedback to observed behavior
Familiarity with UX measurement frameworks (e.g., HEART, UMUX-Lite, CSAT)
Experience with staged rollouts, preview programs, or feature-flagged releases
Strong ability to synthesize across signal types and communicate insights effectively
