Principal Facets Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design, development, testing, and support of complex software solutions, the full-time Principal Facets Developer will serve as a subject matter expert while working in a hybrid or remote capacity across several states.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert, leading the analysis, design, and development of high-volume applications for mission-critical systems
- Independently write efficient, testable code and provide technical leadership to team members
- Evaluate business problems and opportunities, recommending solutions and acting as a project lead on enterprise-wide initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets, including configuration and implementation of healthcare payer solutions
- Experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance business processes
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and software development practices
