Principal Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner to assigned units, providing insights and supporting strategic planning
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and analyzing financial results
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards, driving process improvements and supporting ad hoc analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2+ years in SaaS or Fintech Sales/Marketing
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, GRR, and NRR
• Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
