Job Summary

Supporting the Military & Family Life Counseling program, the full-time hybrid Principal Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, streamline finance processes through automation, and lead the implementation of AI-assisted solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and reporting for the MFLC program, including EACs and customer invoicing
• Design and implement initiatives to automate manual finance processes and improve workflow efficiency
• Lead the adoption of AI tools to enhance the quality and scalability of financial outputs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in program finance or government contracting
• Strong background in government contracting finance and compliance standards
• Experience with automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and AI solutions
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
