Principal Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Leading strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will manage business case development, forecasting, and analytical processes to support financial commitments and drive continuous improvement across a strategic portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic financial projects, including business case development and investment analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models and provide financial insights and decision support to cross-functional teams
• Prepare presentations of financial results for Monthly Financial Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Program reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing financial models and conducting investment analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint
• Experience in operations finance or cost accounting is preferred
