Principal Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support a $300M portfolio, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will perform financial planning and analysis, prepare reports, develop financial models, and analyze performance trends.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
