Principal Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting line of business functions, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis while collaborating with senior leaders to develop financial strategies and produce actionable management reports.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for line of business with all Finance teams, ensuring timely completion of finance functions
• Manage the preparation of financial forecasts and monitor monthly operating results against budget
• Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate and recommend modifications to financial systems and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel skills and proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Experience in leading the annual planning and budgeting process
• Ability to mentor team members and instruct on technical models and concepts
