Principal Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support dynamic financial operations, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will lead financial management for Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations, develop integrated financial planning, and serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day financial operations and manage integrated financial planning and analysis
- Serve as a trusted finance advisor, assessing risks and opportunities to maximize financial outcomes
- Design and improve financial processes to enhance forecast accuracy and decision-making capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields with senior leadership responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree or professional qualification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with strong financial judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
