Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Firmware Engineer (Embedded Linux Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for advancements in best practices and lead firmware projects
• Develop, program, review, and test firmware, products, and electronics
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and lead cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in Embedded Linux
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Rust
• Experience with custom Yocto built systems and various Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with development tools including IDEs, Docker, git, and pytest
• Knowledge of associated technologies like secure boot, cybersecurity, and systemd
