Job Summary

As a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, the full-time remote position will lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven development to enhance customer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions tailored to customer needs
• Architect and implement application integrations using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, focusing on APIs and microservices
• Champion the adoption of AI-augmented workflow automation, maximizing business value and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in backend software development
• 5+ years of experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, including generative AI and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with experience in APIs and enterprise integration
• Experience with AI risk assessment, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
