Job Summary
Leading technical strategy and architecture for enterprise AI deployments, the fully remote full-time Principal Forward Deployed Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor for customers, translating AI and data initiatives into scalable solutions while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions to define AI, data, integration, and governance requirements
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including agent orchestration and data connectivity
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across engagements, serving as an escalation point for complex solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Principal SE, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Proven success delivering production AI applications and enterprise SaaS solutions
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and AI governance
- Expertise in designing secure, multi-tenant architectures with RBAC and OAuth 2.1
- Experience with modern data and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure
