Principal Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as an elite technical authority, the full-time Principal Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with complex enterprise accounts to manage critical platform modernizations, large-scale workload migrations, and mission-critical AI inferencing deployments in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority bridging core engineering and C-level enterprise customer architects
• Architect and validate production-grade Kubernetes and VMware Cloud topologies for mission-critical deployments
• Design and deploy systems for real-time AI inferencing and distributed AI runtime frameworks across GPU clusters

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in infrastructure, distributed systems, or AI platforms
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders while remaining hands-on in production code
• Mastery of Kubernetes mechanics, Custom Resource Definitions, and GitOps architecture
• Extensive experience with AI inferencing pipelines and virtualized GPU environments
• Deep experience in migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
