Job Summary

To provide enterprise-level financial leadership, the full-time salaried Principal FP&A will partner with executive leadership to influence company strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation, while operating in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-level financial insight and lead complex financial analyses to inform major strategic decisions
• Shape capital allocation philosophy and lead long-range planning in collaboration with executive leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, synthesizing complex financial information into clear strategic guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or executive financial advisory roles
• Extensive experience supporting SaaS, technology, or high-growth business models strongly preferred
• Demonstrated history of influencing enterprise-level strategy and outcomes
• Exceptional strategic and financial judgment in complex, ambiguous environments
