Principal Front End Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Front End Architect to drive the evolution of frontend architecture and enhance user experiences across its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve frontend architecture and standards for Angular and React applications
• Define and enforce frontend architectural principles and maintain a shared design system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape intuitive end-to-end user flows and advocate for UI/UX improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Frontend Architect or in a similar leadership role
• Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, particularly Angular and React
• Experience in developing and scaling shared design systems and UI platforms
• Thorough understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and influencing architectural direction
