Job Summary

Seeking a Principal Front-end Software Engineer to lead technical standards and system architecture in a full-time remote role, where the engineer will design and maintain complex software components, define engineering best practices, and mentor less experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex software components while ensuring high quality and performance standards
• Define engineering best practices and conduct code reviews to elevate team output quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on complex, production-grade systems
• Expertise in system design, including distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with frameworks like React or Vue
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical growth within a team
