Principal Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Full-Stack Engineer (Django).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build user-facing web applications for data platform outputs
• Develop Django-based interfaces and RESTful APIs for user interaction with data
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize features and gather requirements

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science or related field, or in biology with software engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with extensive Django experience
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
• Mastery of version control (Git) and testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest)
• Professional fluency with web security best practices and user interface design
