Principal Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time remote Principal Full Stack Engineer will lead the architectural vision and technical strategy of the Steer CRM platform, focusing on optimizing data processing and developing reusable components to enhance automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of core components for the Steer CRM, ensuring performance as the platform scales
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to address user pain points and ensure architectural decisions add value
• Champion best practices in code excellence, security, and maintainability through deep-dive code reviews

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building complex, web-based SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM integration, including deploying AI-powered features in production
• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases, with expertise in schema design and query optimization
• Experience integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines
• A proven track record of taking full accountability for projects in fast-paced environments
